1. Poor manufacturing quality of plate hammer bolts
Some counterattack manufacturers have backward production processes, and the method of fixing the hammer is still bolted, that is, the hammer is fixed to the hammer seat of the rotor by bolts. This fixing method easily makes the bolts fixed on the surface of the hammer subject to material. Shear force applied. If coupled with the poor manufacturing quality of the bolt, it will often loosen and break, which will easily cause the plate hammer to loosen or break and shorten the service life. 2. Improper selection of plate hammer material
There are three common materials for counterattack breakers: high manganese steel, alloy materials and high chromium cast iron.
High manganese steel has a history of more than 100 years. It is characterized by good toughness, high strength, good workmanship, and a certain degree of hardness. Under the action of large impact or contact stress, the surface layer of high manganese steel will rapidly produce severe Work hardening, *ly improving surface hardness and wear resistance. However, in actual use, the impact force or contact stress is often insufficient, and the surface cannot be rapidly worked hardened, and the wear resistance cannot be fully exerted. 3. Poor manufacturing quality of plate hammer

4. Improper selection of the hammer structure

5.Material does not meet crushing requirements
1) The impact crusher can generally handle granite, basalt, limestone and other materials with a particle size of not more than 350 mm and crushing compressive strength of not more than 320 MPa.
