1, Ensure that the equipment is well sealed
1,Reasonably design and process the sealing structure to ensure good sealing * of the sealing device.
2, Install the sealing ring correctly to ensure good sealing of the equipment. Do not install the seal ring with angular tools to prevent scratches on the seal ring. Cone crusher

2, Inspection in production
1,Regularly check whether the filter is blocked or damaged, and replace the kinked oil drain line to ensure the smoothness of the oil return line.
2,Check whether the gap between the inner wall of the oil sump of the main engine base and the oil baffle ring on the counterweight is reasonable, to prevent the lubricating oil splashed between each other from forming an oil seal, which will cause the cone crusher to leak oil.

3, It is forbidden to increase the temperature of lubricating oil The increase in lubricating oil temperature will easily reduce the viscosity of the oil and accelerate the aging of the sealing elements, which will cause serious oil leakage.
Note: The increase in lubricating oil temperature can increase the heat dissipation area of the oil tank and the heat dissipation effect. If necessary, a cooler can be added to reduce the lubricating oil temperature.
