　　2. The main transmission method of the jaw crusher is to drive the flywheel to rotate with high speed inertia through the V-belt. To drive the pulley, two conditions must be met: ① The motor has sufficient power; ② The V-belt is strong enough.

　　Generally, the V-belt is prone to failure. If the V-belt becomes loose and breaks, a large amount of material will not be crushed in the crushing cavity, and will be blocked in the crushing cavity and cannot be discharged, forming a blockage.

　　3. Another reason that easily causes the discharge port of the jaw crusher to be blocked is that the fastening bushing of the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher is loose. When the eccentric shaft bushing is loose, the eccentric shaft will be stuck and the eccentricity will be blocked. When the shaft cannot rotate, the movable jaw cannot continue to rotate, resulting in the discharge port being blocked and the material unable to come out.
