　　2. Decreased crushing efficiency

　　Causes: Uneven feeding, impeller wear, excessively low speed.

　　Solutions: Ensure uniform feeding, replace worn impellers, check motor and transmission system, adjust speed to normal range.

　　3. Excessive equipment vibration

　　Causes: Impeller imbalance, loose anchor bolts, material blockage.

　　Solutions: Balance the impeller, tighten anchor bolts, clear blockage material from the crushing chamber.

　　4. Product particle size does not meet requirements

　　Causes: Inappropriate impeller speed, changes in feed particle size, severe wear of wearing parts.

　　Solutions: Adjust impeller speed, control feed particle size, replace severely worn crushing parts.

　　5. Excessive Main Motor Current

　　Causes: Overfeeding, material blockage in the crushing chamber, transmission component malfunction.

　　Solutions: Reduce feed rate, clear blockages, inspect and repair transmission components.

　　6. Lubricating Oil Leakage

　　Causes: Damaged seals, loose oil pipe connections.

　　Solutions: Replace seals, tighten oil pipe connections.

　　7. Abnormal Noise Inside the Machine

　　Causes: Loose components, foreign objects entering the crushing chamber, damaged bearings.

　　Solutions: Tighten loose components, remove foreign objects, replace damaged bearings.

　　8. Drive Belt Slippage

　　Causes: Insufficient belt tension, excessive load.

　　Solutions: Adjust belt tension, reduce load.
