The cone crusher seal has failed, what is the reason? The cone crusher is usually used in the crushing of ore. A large amount of dust will be generated during the work. If the seal of the cone crusher fails, the dust will cause damage to the lubricating oil and other parts inside the equipment. What are the reasons?

First, the deformation of the seal
1. Forced deformation. When the broken wall of the cone crusher and the crushed ore wall break the ore, the strong crushing force causes the body to tilt or vibrate, and the sealing member is easily deformed away from the original motion track, so that the original sealing state is changed, resulting in failure of the device seal.
2, improper installation. When the cone crusher is installed, repaired, or replaced, the seal is partially deformed due to improper installation, resulting in failure of the equipment seal.
3. Poor lubrication. The friction part is easy to be mixed with metal particles and ore dust, and long-term work in a high temperature environment, the lubricant is deteriorated, the fluidity is deteriorated, and the local resistance of the seal is increased to cause deformation.

Second, the seal is damaged
1. The seal is seriously worn. If the gap of the cone crusher becomes smaller, the seal will be deformed by crushing and severely worn; or when replacing some wear parts, the replacement period of the seal is inconsistent with the wear cycle of the friction member, and the newness of the two Differently, the sealing pressing force of the rubber sealing ring is increased, and the local deformation is lifted to cause damage of the sealing member.
2. The seal is aging. The rubber seal is affected by the oil quality, temperature and time factor in use, and the selection of the material for manufacturing the sealing ring is improper, and the aging phenomenon is prone to occur, so that the sealing ring body loses its elasticity and the sealing state changes, thereby causing the device seal to fail.
