So, what are the hazards of hydraulic cone crusher breaking through iron frequently?

 

 

1. When the hydraulic cone crushe breaks into the iron, the iron piece can't be broken because it is hard, so it will get stuck between the moving and fixed cone lining. The equipment will also increase pressure and power will increase at this time. And the oil temperature also rises sharply, and even the parameters of the crusher after the iron is greatly changed, and the damage to the entire hydraulic cone breaking device is very large.

 
2. If the hydraulic cone crushe is broken during the process of material handling, if the iron is frequently used, when the iron piece enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic oil pressure of the spindle is lowered after the instantaneous rise, and the main shaft is falling at the same time. Tilting, this will result in high temperature burns on the thrust bearing. In addition, when the main shaft is tilted, the oil film between the main shaft and the eccentric copper sleeve is destroyed, which causes burns. In severe cases, even the deformation of spare parts such as the eccentric bushing and the lower frame bushing is invalid, so that the hydraulic cone is broken. The machine is shut down for maintenance.
 
3. When entering the iron piece in the hydraulic cone breaking cavity, if the size of the iron piece is larger than the cone broken discharge port, it will be stuck between the moving and fixed cone lining. At this time, the incoming iron piece causes the rigid cone and the fixed cone lining to form a rigid collision, which will cause the lining to loose or crack, resulting in excessive wear of the moving parts, the fixed cone lining and the arm frame bushing. Seriously affect the normal life cycle of the wearing parts, and at the same time, due to the tearing of the boom oil seal during the falling of the main shaft, the lubricating grease leaks.
 
In view of the above situation, when using the hydraulic cone to break, we must strictly control the feeding materials to prevent iron pieces from being mixed into the materials, causing greater damage to the equipment.
