First, the gasket adjustment: open the adjustment seat with the top bolt, and put or remove a set of equal thickness gasket between the back pressure plate support and the rear wall of the frame. By increasing or decreasing the number of shim layers, the discharge opening of the jaw crusher is reduced or increased. The gasket adjustment can be adjusted in multiple stages. The machine structure is relatively compact, which can reduce the weight of the equipment, but it must be stopped when adjusting. The large jaw crusher uses this adjustment method.
Second, hydraulic adjustment: relying on the hydraulic push cylinder to adjust the discharge port, the rear thrust plate is used as the safety device of the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher uses a hydraulic safety device that is both reliable and safe, and easy to discharge.
Third, support device adjustment: refers to the bearing part of the jaw crusher, generally using a sliding bearing cast with babbitt, it can withstand large impact loads, but also more wear-resistant, but the transfer efficiency is low, need Perform forced lubrication.
Fourth, the wedge adjustment: the adjustment of the crusher discharge port is realized by the relative movement of the two wedges between the rear thrust plate support and the rear wall of the frame. Rotate the nut on the bolt to make the adjustment wedge move up or down along the rear wall of the frame, and drive the front wedge to move forward or backward to push the thrust plate or move to adjust the discharge port.
