Cone crusher is usually used as secondary crushing equipment responsible for fine crushing, it can crush various ores and rocks of medium and medium hardness. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, electric power and other industries. Due to the harsh working environment, various failures often lead to shutdown and shutdown. In order to ensure the efficient production of cone crushers, we need to pay special attention to these details.

1, No-load start
The cone crusher must be started under no-load condition, and can only start feeding after the crusher is running normally, so as not to increase the motor load, resulting in excessive starting current and even burning the motor.

2, The feeding amount should be uniform
Adjust the feeding amount in time to ensure uniform and appropriate increase of the feeding amount of ore, so as not to increase the local friction of the machine and cause the phenomenon of "stuck machine".

3, Pay attention to the inspection of running parts
In a trial operation stage after installation, the cone crusher should check whether the running parts are stuck or collided, and then start running after the normal inspection. When running, it should run for 4 hours with no load. Check the flexibility of the pulley, whether the machine is securely installed and whether there are other noise problems.

4, Pay attention to the temperature rise of the rotor main bearing
When the machine is running, please pay attention to observe the temperature rise of the rotor main bearing. If the temperature rises above the specified value, s the machine and check it quickly. During operation, if the machine vibrates excessively or makes abnormal noises, it must also be sped and the cause checked quickly.

5, Repair and replace worn parts in time
For the wearing parts of the hydraulic cone, the main wearing parts that are in direct contact with main materials such as main shaft and gear, should be checked regularly. If a problem is found, it should be repaired and replaced in time to avoid failure in the future and affect work efficiency.
